What should I bring to counselling? +
Passport (if you have one), last marksheet or degree, and any old visa refusals. Photos and translations come later — don't spend on anything before the sitting.
Is counselling really free? +
Yes — the first sitting costs nothing and ends with a written note of your options, timelines and the full cost split. You decide after that.
Can everything happen on WhatsApp? +
Mostly, yes — documents, updates and questions all run on WhatsApp. We only need you in person for signatures and the final handover.
