Singapore: the fastest file
Singapore is the quickest decision among our eight countries — about 20 days. The diploma runs in two six-month blocks, and the processing cost is low.
Suits: students who want a recognised Asian city, a short commitment, and a fast answer; profiles that need a diploma to upgrade before a bigger step later.
Not for: anyone expecting to fund the stay through part-time work. Singapore's rules on student work are strict and depend on the institution. Budget for the full stay.
Mauritius: the lowest cost
Mauritius is the lowest first-year package we counsel for — about ₹2 lakh — and it includes the pieces that usually surprise families: airport pickup, the first month's accommodation, and help finding part-time work.
The three diploma fields match the island's economy. Hospitality and tourism is the strongest career route: hotels, resorts and travel operators hire from these programs.
Suits: students with a tight budget, a hospitality or business ambition, and the patience to plan for the April intake.
Not for: students wanting a university degree recognised for a European job market — that is the Latvia, Lithuania and Slovenia route.
Who qualifies
- 12th pass for both routes; 10th pass may be considered for some diploma programs — ask.
- No IELTS or PTE.

Costs, honestly
Mauritius' ~₹2 lakh is a first-year package, and the diploma is one year, so it is close to the full course cost plus living expenses. Singapore's package is quoted per file after the program is fixed. In both cases the total is written down before the file opens and the service fee is due after the visa.
